Take care of the old

This week on Wednesday, I also meet with Hoss & Brown to present and have them to work up a proposal for the engineering on the original building in that we have HVAC systems that are as old as the building and the electrical service is at maximum capacity. Hoping that this will start the process of replacement of the old hardware before it fails in the heat of summer. The electrical service has been showed to be under sized if we were to replace the auditorium systems. I have been talking for years that we need a plan in place before systems fail and we are in a bad condition with little time to react. Therefore, maybe this is step one.
