This week we had a Pre-Bidder Meeting to let sub-contractors know the details of what they needed to do and that their bids are due on 2/25/09 at 2:00 PM at the general contractors office. We had a great turn out as you can see in the picture. We had 65 companies and a total of 75 people just for this meeting. I have made 100 CD of the plans and specs and Pearce had printed 27 hard copies of which 6 copies went to the city for review.
Skyler of MTA will be releasing an addendum this week of a few changes that need to be made. The civil engineer has a couple of items for the second addendum that will be released before the bids are due. I have continued to review the plans and specs. This week I have started checking into seating for the new looking glass theater.
