Gas Sub-Station

MGE was here to replace our gas connection, meter and raise the pressure.
The picture above was the line in the ground and regulator that was removed.
The new connection on the South East corner of the building.
The tree had to have a major trim job for the stuff to fit.
This is our new meter which is a transport service. This meter connection has a telephone connection for monitoring and reading of the meter. The gas is delivered to the first regulator before the meter at 52 pounds and the regulator and meter then hands it to the three regulators for the three sections of the building at two pound of pressure. Then the last regulator before going into the building drops the pressure to less than 1 pound.
Another angle showing the two regulators in this corner with telephone box on the wall and the modem and communications equipment is in the white box above the meter.
