This week the final details in the selection process came together.
The plumbing and site work will not be done by Five Star Plumbing but by Allstate Mechanical & Kissick Construction as a result of a meeting between Jeff Cox and Don Pearce. I beleive that Pearce was not comfortable with Five Star because they had not worked with them in the past and the size of the firm and just maybe the discussion of "Propress" pipe connections that just added another unknown fact in the mix.
The Electrical contractor will be Westhues Electric but the subcontractor to do the fire alarm work, KCFS, is still an unknown in if they can install the required componets.
