Finally on Thursday we heard from Skyler the Architect that the City of Kansas City Missouri has approved the plans and will allow a full permit for the project. This has been after the fourth revision for them.
Pre-Construction meeting this week on Thursday as Perace had a lot of the sub-contractors to come together and review what is need to the first phase which is to be the North and South doors and the utilities on the South side. Next Monday May 4, Dave Gray will be on site and start setting up a job trailer and getting the utilities marked. The actual digging and making a mess will start on May 11 with a projection of June 9th for the end of this phase.
